|You received an email telling you that you have a new support ticket? In order to view and respond to that ticket you need to connect into your vendor dashboard, click on support on the bottom right side and you will be able to see all the support tickets associated with your orders. Once you locate the support ticket you would like to see, click on the little arrow on the left side and it will take you to a new window.|
