How to mark an order as complete?

In order to request a refund, connect to your dashboard: 

  • click on “order” in the left menu 
  • locate the order you would like to mark as complete 
  • on the right you will see a little verification box. Click on it
  • a pop up will ask if you’re sure that you want to mark this order as complete 
  • click on yes and the order will be complete.
