In order to request a refund on your recent order, you first need to contact the vendor. If you haven’t please follow the steps found at: . After you have done that and tried to come to a solution with the vendor but it wasn’t successful you can request a refund. Chapechape customer service will read the conversation between you and the vendor and will decide if a refund is possible under chapechape policies law and the vendor store policy law. Please note, chapechape policy override all the vendors policies unless their policies give a better advantage to our customers.
In order to do that, connect to your account and click on the order tab on the right side. Locate the order you would like to request a refund and click on the refund button.
After you click on the refund button you will be redirected to the following popup.There, you can request a partial or full refund.
Once submitted you cannot change this request and chapechape will take care of the rest. You will receive an answer by email within 3 business days.
