What to do if my order hasn’t arrived?

if you have any questions about your order please contact the seller by connecting to your account and clicking on the order tab on the right side. Locate the order you would like more information or have concern about and click on the support button. 

After you click on the support button you will be redirected to the following popup.There, you can choose the category of your inquiry, and leave a message to the vendor about your order. 

Once you click submit, you can check the status of your inquiry by clicking on the support ticket tab in your account dashboard.
